Eh, about five. Give or take.
The more you know the better you'll become. You don't even realize you need it until you know more about it.
Source: VR gamedev for about 6 months now. Starting learning more vector math and holllyyyyy shit I feel a ton smarter.
You don't really explicitly need any, but math can help you really simplify a lot of algorithms in ways that would make no sense if you you don't know elementary calculus.
Just learn as you go.
Unless you're planning to do web development, in which case, the most advanced piece of mathematics you need to know is how to do percentages.

Depends on what tasks you want or need to be able to do. If it's just CRUD stuff prolly not much. Logical thinking as a baseline helps a lot I guess.
