Google only turns up to try uninstalling and reinstalling. Back up your data first if you don't want to lost progress. Maybe try seeing if you can search config files for a variable "MinimumSize," my speculation is possibly to do with screen resolution, although I've never used BlueStacks so I wouldn't know.
