Dreamweaver is an ide sure you can use it's additional design features for design - but fuck it over all it's an IDE for web development - a very good IDE.

Choose only dreamwaver from the pack and the tools - install it offline as trail then use the patcher - to apply serial while still offline.
Then go to hosts and add these

Now go on firewall block internet access for the dreamwaver exe
