Why would anyone unironically buy a Mac?
I've been trying to install Windows 10 on this piece of shit for the past 8 hours. No matter what I do I keep getting some error about disks.
Because there is no BIOS there is literally nothing I can do. There is no way to fix it. If anything at all goes wrong, you have no choice but to send it off to Apple, and a lot of the time they can't do shit.
Macs are a fucking joke.

Sounds like PEBKAC.
Format the disk using disk utility, drag and drop the Windows iso to the desktop or wherever then open the Bootcamp assistant and it does the rest. If you want to do it manually you can make a Windows USB, download the Bootcamp drivers separately, partition your disk and boot from the USB manually (hold ALT when you hear the chimes) but as you seemed to have fucked up clicking the mouse three times in Bootcamp assistant, this might be a bit advanced for you. It has no BIOS per se, but it uses a simulated EFI when booting into Windows. Most options you would set in a BIOS are available within the OS.
Seriously though, if you cannot operate a fucking Mac of all things, then you're really not fit for life. These computers are the most retard proof of retard proofed PCs.

I unironically bought a macbook air to get iOS development experience since I couldn't get a hackintosh that didn't run like shit. It paid for itself in maybe a month too, since it got me on an iOS project at work and I got my work laptop upgraded from some shitty HP brick with a 768p display to the latest macbook pro with a 1TB SSD, an i7, and 16GB of RAM. It isn't linux, but it's a hell of alot better than windows.

This is true. I use a laptop for work and I bought a second hand 16/256 rMBP early 2015 13.3 for a deal thinking I would run windows 10 on it.
I put windows 10 on it with bootcamp (without issues) and slowly started using OSX more and more, recently I deleted the W10 partition and just use OSX. At first it feels a little cumbersome, but once you start figuring out all the gestures (that trackpad is voodoo btw) and short keys, it works really well.
