I have that box. It's good. I paid €50 for mine.
Probably better to get an odroid, but I guess if you can get one of those cheap the difference will be negligible.

I've always found these sorts of boxes to be shit tier streamers for live TV (sports and movies). Before you ask, no, I have a pretty good connection ~20Mbps comfortably should be able to HD content yest struggles (buffering) with SD streams.
Streaming with Kodi? I read up on some buffering issues with Kodi that can be solved by modifying config files in /data. Basically, it's a bit fucked for streaming on Android outta the box.

i have the matricom g-box and have the buffering issues as well get about 15 mins of loading hq quality than you get 5 mins of buffering
