I actually switched from project fi to sprint like 2 months ago. I use too much data and my bill came like $130 one month. Now I have sprint's unlimited lte plan and used like 50GB last month.

It depends on coverage. Zones with enhanced lte can give you speeds up to 50 Mbps. They stay around 20-30 Mbps most of the time for me. However if you get no enhanced lte coverage where you live you should expect 4-6 Mbps for lte. Still even if you only get regular lte you can use as much of it as you want.
