Unless you're using Nvida, Open Source drivers for Intel and AMD is fine.

well lets think about this for a moment.

i buy a video card.
should i get the video drivers that came with the video card? or do i use some neckbeard's video driver?

tough decisions like this make me appreciate my world leaders more.
