the thing is I need software to easily edit video from one/two camera, add not so much effects and other simple stuff

I've always used premiere pro, just because it seems more consistent with its controls than Vegas. How is KDEN Live though? I have a Linux machine that I sometimes wish I could edit together stupid videos on, and it seems like the only okay option
