A little... Wine, for the most part, will only have vulnerabilities that are design vulnerabilities in windows. Otherwise, unless someone specifically designes a virus to target wine, it wont matter.
Still, scan everything you download before you run it in wine with clamav.

first step would be to remove "drive z" from winecfg, drive z is by default a "mount" of your rootfs
