Should I worry about viruses if I'm running old pirated software on WINE?

yes. we are not full away from flu season
>getting hung to use pirated software
lincucks will defend this
wine isn't a sandbox

Don't sweat it.
The viruses will run just fine in WINE.

>lincucks
I'd just like to interject for a moment. Those you are referring to as lincucks are actually GNU/Linux cucks, or as I've recently taken to calling them, "Ganux Cucks".

I don't see difference between pirate and proprietary software: both are immoral.

A little... Wine, for the most part, will only have vulnerabilities that are design vulnerabilities in windows. Otherwise, unless someone specifically designes a virus to target wine, it wont matter.
Still, scan everything you download before you run it in wine with clamav.

Go find an AppArmor profile for WINE somewhere.

first step would be to remove "drive z" from winecfg, drive z is by default a "mount" of your rootfs
