AD BLOCKING IS STEALING

How is this a concern? If you were a poor kid growing up and played free MMOs, you would know that ads are the number one carriers of computer problems like malware and viruses. By now you should be enjoying the peace and tranquility that comes from using ad blockers.

Ignorant windows user detected.

You know, I used to think "an ad gave me a virus!" was just an excuse retards gave because they didn't want to admit analsex.wmv.exe was the cause.

How does this shit keep happening? Isn't there a single reputable ad provider that actually checks shit?

This malware uses vulnerabilities in plugins.
This again shows that plugins are shit and should be eradicated. The only plugin I have is flash, but I need to throw away this shit.

How long until Windows 10 gets malvertising inside of it?

>Why do you block ads? That is unethical! You are taking food from the mouths of babies!
Malvertising. Malvertising... what a nice word. Thank you, OP, for linking the site.

Malvertising.

but they're a really tiny company

It's the most useful one, sadly. I've checked, and there's no CVE for the version I have (11.2.202.577), so I'm safe for now.

Isn't there a single ad provider that serves images and not Flash/Silverlight/JavaScript shit?

I'm beginning to think that it would be a good idea to browse the web from a virtual machine.

YOU WOULDN'T ADBLOCK A BEAR

>>53516257

I have Flash and Silverlight but I also have a blocker that won't let them run unless I explicitly allow it.

They're both shit but I have to have them for a few sites. Every other site can suck my cock, both plugins should die.

>>53516202
Ad providers automate nearly every aspect of serving ads, so no.
>>
I wonder how many times this needs to happen for the average person to start using content blockers and for ad proponents to be shamed into cease whining about them.

>>53517155
What do you need it for? I haven't installed Flash again since reinstalling my OS a couple of months back, and I don't find I'm missing it for anything.

You ever heard of Sandboxie?

SpanlkingTube, but I'll write a userscript to open videos in mpv.

Why bother with antivirus when addblock exists
>>
And again I am reminded why I have been blocking ads for the past decade or so. They are also shitty and annoying.
>>
>Flash
i'm glad youtube, most porn sites, facebook, and even soundcloud have all kicked this shit out. BBC is sadly still clinging onto it (i can live without it), which kind of leaves >>>/f/ as the only reason i would want Flash anywhere near me.
