Or, if you're subletting a single address from your land-lord and can't get a 2nd modem in that location, then you're up shit-creek. a seedbox is a remote server with a torrent client installed. if you get a copyright notice, it will be sent to your seedbox provider, who will tell you to delete the files, not to your home address.

once the files are on the seedbox, you can download them over sftp or https, it's encrypted. no one will know what files you download.
