Its not really social engineering, but I went to a motel, and asked them if they can print my tickets for a convention I was attending, and put a reverse connection "virus" on there. I was nervous AF when I did it. But it was an older gentleman. Very happy to help.

For myself, I don't have the balls to do real social engineering as I'm to chicken.
However, I was once caught in the fire of my university director when I was a freshman. I was too edgy to suck it up and dude did the most he could to annoy me with paper work issues and complains and even tried to go on trial. Like legal shit.
Once everything calmed down and I changed university, I doxxed the shit out of him.
I got all the informations I needed to scare him should he ever crossed my path.

Kinda. I used to take accounts off people in diablo 2. I had a pretty elaborate setup that allowed me to scam multiple people at a time into putting their password as their do not disturb message. Must have taken about 100+ accounts doing this.
Before that I tricked them into downloading a program from sojworld that dropped all their items on the floor and sent their character running to the corner of town.
I managed to bullshit through a phone interview by making the girl on the other end laugh at a rubbish joke.

my entire life is a social engineering scheme. i do shit like this every day so i forget a lot of things that might impress people. here's a few things i can think of right now.
- some idiot posted his friend's facebook on /b/ about 10 years ago. i did a lot of work to acquire his information, address, phone number, and other things and still use this information for anything i don't want my real name attached to. thanks Mike A.!
- i work at a job that i am not legally certified to work at
- i haven't been to a lab in a long time. i steal/acquire the old labs, sign up for 1 section, email the TA saying i had a schedule conflict and the professor approved me to attend a different lab section while still being enrolled in the actual one. haven't gone to a lab this entire semester for 2 classes. got a B currently in both. not bad for not actually doing any work.
- another school related thing is that i hardly go to class. i am very good at acquiring old tests via flattering people, accessing university resources, among other things. still rocking a pretty decent GPA.
