OC'd GTX 950 and i3 4130 here, can play GTA 5 just fine.
Can play pretty much any game out there just fine at 1080p for that matter, High for most recent/demanding games and Ultra for the rest.
Can recommend this card for people who just want to play games and don't need higher than 1080p or care about setting a few things here and tere as High instead of Ultra.

My 960 is good enough for Grid Motorsport and SFV, all maxed out at 1080p and holding 60fps. If you play less demanding games it's fine. Just don't expect to play Tomb Raider 2015 and crank everything to max.

I have a 950OC and an FX-4350. The only game I play that's anywhere near demanding is MechWarrior Online. I can maintain 45-60fps on high settings on every map.
