What's the best VPN? No-log preferably.
I heard NordVPN was a good one, but there seem to be issues with speed.

This. Make sure you setup your own DNS too. The IANA root supports DNSSEC but OpenNIC's servers don't. It's a shame, really.
I would suggest use L2TP+IPSec, but the newest version of OpenVPN that supports non-NIST ciphers is also a good option.
