Windows never uploads your files to the cloud unless you specify it by using Onedrive.

When Windows upgrades from Window 7 to Windows 10, it moves everything to a folder in C:\ named windows.old, your personal files are kept in C:\Users, so you don't lose anything. It's not rocket science, of course if you are as paranoid as any freetard on /g/ you are going to lose your mind with this.
No problems at all especially after I installed new drivers then uninstalled my old graphics card drivers, cleaned out old files then reinstalled the latest drivers. I got p good 20 fps boost on the witcher 3.
