Alright so I got these speakers and this sound system thingy for it off a friend and it was working grand at his house. Anyway what I'm trying to say is how the fuck do you work this thing. The actual sound system thing seems to be working grand, but it seems not to connect to the speakers. Please help and give as much detail as you can
You may have some dirty connections. Try cleaning inside the clips on the back of those speakers and the back of your amp.
Also, change your amp to a stereo setting and see if you're still having the issue. Then come back and post again.

connect with the speaker wire, in the appropriate channel (left/right)
red to red, black to black.
the wire should have a dotted line on the insulation on one side, that's negative and should be the black one

Also, those are 4 ohm speakers. They may not work with a regular setup.

This shit looks janky as hell. I wouldn't even waste my time with it man. Tell your friend to get a better system.
(I have bad internet and am using my phone so it takes a while to upload). So the black wire has a red stripe going up it, when I connect the black wire into the black part of the speaker and black part of the system and the same with the red one nothing happens, no sound at all coming from the speaker, not even a buzz
Yeah well I don't have any other one and I've got no money, so if I could get it working it would save me getting a job

Yes my phone, okay now there's a buzz and I can very slightly hear my music coming through very quiet

I just made a major breakthrough.. Guys it only works when I have my hand on the metal bit of the aux lead, I'll research it now. Maybe this wasn't so retarded of me
