What happens if you delete all your web browsers? Would you have to use a USB to transfer them back over to use the internet again?
If you do that then your computer can't connect to the internet anymore. Like ever. It happened to a friend of mines girlfriend.
I'm pretty sure it's impossible to completely remove internet explorer without breaking windows, lots of IE functionality is hardcoded into windows.
