The warp elite has a slower processor. This is also a CDMA phone, meaning if you are not on boost mobile you will be forced to sign up with them.
They are however a prepaid carrier (no contracts), and they have the cheapest unlimited high speed lte ($55). Still probably not worth it since the warp elite is a phone with a slower processor.

Yes but the warp elite is programmed to work with sprint networks only. Even if you successfully unlocked the sim slot, there is no guarantee it would work on verizon networks (assuming they accepted the phone).
