Only that it is pain in the ass to find 16:10 except high end, color-critical monitors. 23" is too narrow for work and photo editing. Plus companies start to fuck people even more with 6bit+dithering in high end monitors (i.e. Nec P242W).

Before I'd ever used a 144hz monitor, I was like 'eh, I don't need 120hz, I'm fine with 60'
I had the choice between going 4k@30hz (and later 60) or 1440p@144hz when I last upgraded.
I chose 1440@144hz.
I honestly HATE using the computers at work now because it feels so muddy and sluggish in movement of the mouse even in comparison.

I am having trouble deciding on a monitor as well. I'm looking for a 1440p monitor with a good enough refresh rate and response time at 27" that doesn't cost 600+ shekels.
