Since you're already using the anti-adblock-killer lists:

Delve in the webpage source, discover what's triggering it, and submit it to the anti-adblock-killer lists.

Analysis in progress...

>Remember, advertising keeps the internet content free!
I'm not sure if "content-free" is what they actually intended to say there. Those sites are shitholes, and there's some shady things going on that huge steaming pile of Web 2.0 script.

Whitelist http://srnk.co/js/ads.js specifically (note one of the default adblock filters filters "js/ads", and the Javascript on the page checks if that XMLHttpRequest fails).

For bonus points, MITM it (easy, because http!) so that it returns exactly: "//OK"

That'll fox it.

And then report them to Google, because they're violating Google's ad policies, not least because
>Multiple views from the same viewer are also counted
while loading multiple invisible ads in the background in 1px divs.

Die in a fire, scumware. Next~
>>
>>52688016
adfly user here.

You can disable it with a script the redirecting.
Also you can fuck with whoever is using the "Stop adblockers" feature.

Just report any link for piracy, most adfly links are against adfly T.O.S but they are never reported.

disable your adblock and refresh, it says it right there

Use anti-anti-adblock

Remember, if your personal website doesn't detect that people aren't using adblock and encourage them to install it then you are part of the problem.

So how long till adblocking becomes illegal?
>>
>>52691264

I'm not blocking anything. The internet is more of a pull thing rather than push one. I'm merely declining to request the ads.
>>
tfw you could torrent all of the interesting content on the web in under a month

tfw these fucks try to guilt you into thinking otherwise

top kek mate, if you pay $1.50 per 1k views, you are shit @ server infrastructure, or your website is trash.

At least they're honest.
>>
>>52687963
Why are you using adblock?
Don't you care about content creator's who give you high quality content for free?

Eh, the solution to your problem is to disable adblock.
>>
I've never made an ad blocker exception for a web page that forces me to, the only exceptions I have are for specific interest sites that I want to support with ad revenue and also the ads are of interest to me
>>
>>52691673
Yes, these "$1.50 per 1k views" sites are just waste of everyones time.
>>
>>52687963

>>
>>52687963
If they're using AdSense, report them. They aren't allowed to block content because you have na ad blocker open.
>>
>>52691264
Never, thank god.

People have this crazy idea that I am robbing them when it is actually the advertisers who are robbing them.

But it gets a little different when it's from youtube videos. As much as I hate intrusive youtube ads, the intention is that the ads and the videos are one seamless thing and I know what what I'm supporting is the reason many youtube channels get a drastically lower amount of money from what they do.

Am I the only one who thinks the internet would be better if website were run by hobbyists and not people trying to make money? I mean I don't mind a couple of small non javascript ads but most sites are fuckiing unreal 30%+ of adverts
>>
>>52693206
Ads don't pay well per viewer anymore, especially for noninvasive nontracking ones
>>
>>52693706
I only block them because they're invasive, I whitelist sites like 4chan with decent ads
>>
>>52687963

Block ads with your HOSTS file. It denies ad-based IPs to establish any connection with your computer in the first place, so it'll prevent ads from appearing in any application that accesses your net resources. Insofar, I don't think sites can detect this method of blocking, unless maybe they send a request to the ad's host asking if any connection to your computer had been established. At worst, maybe there will be some kind of "Please disable your ad-blocker" image layered under the frame where the ad should have appeared.
>>
>>52693761
I used to do this before ublock now i dont use hosts files locally at all

Fuck it, just patch hostfile at device level if you have to deal with that level of bullshit

I'm really happy with my local ISP in the US 120/30 no cap, own modem + router (relatively speaking based on other US ISPs)

Actually unlikely. The FCC is already shitting on cable companies for charging too much to "rent" shitty hardware. If ISPs did the same they'd get shit on too.
