It's PTP. The money goes on dedicated server rentals - there are separate servers for the site, tracker, and IRC. Some of these services (tracker especially) will have more than one server to help with load balancing.
Another large chunk of the cash goes on the Cloudflare business plan which provides full DDoS mitigation. This alone costs $200 per month and it's the reason why the best trackers are never affected by DDoS attacks whilst shitty trackers like Bib and GGn go down every week or so.

PTP does have some room for growth with encoding but they are working on it, and end of the day for grabbing movies it makes no difference. their library is better than ahd by far, their admin team is more competent, and so on.

True, PTP has a bigger library. However everything I actually search for tends to be on both. There are some cases where PTP has the superior encode though - like a HDB internal that's just better than the AHD one, and that's what I tend to use PTP for most of the time.

The first time i tripped i was alone in my room listening to flying lotus, was an amazing night and i learned so much about myself and was able to break down various social barriers that prevented me from interacting with others.
