Since you didn't give an OS i'm going to assume that you run GNU/Linux and that you should use Unix Passwordstore: The standard Unix password manager.

She looks like she has ass implants.

I use LastPass because I am lazier than cautious. If there was an offline version of it, I would use it instead, but for now it's the best solution if you disregard the security issues (which are basically just paranoia, as it has been proven safe in most scenarios).

Nah, look at the irregular lumps at the sides of her hips. Normal "thick" hips don't look like that.

Make one yourself. It takes so little knowledge about programming you can just copy and paste code from the Internet.

The best one out right now is keepass. Unfortunately the new version is written in C#, and it sucks on other platforms than windows.

I can remember passwords that are 60+ characters without much effort.

You seem to lack the ability to read.

Let me help you by repeating what I said in an arrow meme:

Accessing it however is, however, a problem for most normal people, but I understand where your position comes from.

Don't forget to name it password.txt and place it on the desktop. It's so genius because no one will suspect you actually use it to store your passwords.

Don't listen to autists. The best password manager is keepass.

Keepass on an Owncloud. Use chromelPass/PassIFox for chrome/ff and you literally wont type passwords again.
