I use LastPass because I am lazier than cautious. If there was an offline version of it, I would use it instead, but for now it's the best solution if you disregard the security issues (which are basically just paranoia, as it has been proven safe in most scenarios).

Keepass on an Owncloud. Use chromelPass/PassIFox for chrome/ff and you literally wont type passwords again.
