How do you organize your downloads folder, /g/?
By not keeping things in there but instead moving them to their appropriate folders or deleting them after they've served their purpose.

If I think I need it again it gets moved to the appropriate folder. The downloads folder is basically a temporary folder that should only hold files for ~30 minutes

I keep it there until it becomes too hard to find anything in there. And since I use a proper file manager with good search, it's not gonna be a problem anytime soon. Didn't clean it up since late 2014.
