I wanted to install Manjaro KDE previously. But the CLI installer didn't want to install grub, so I didn't install it. People on /g/ said that it werks with fresh installation.
So I'd say Manjaro or Kubuntu.

Manjaro KDE. You could use the other two installer, build up your system straight from the base install in text mode
