The bitmap fonts in your panel are somewhat grating considering not even your terminal has bitmap fonts. The #fff background of your right click menu thing also seems out of place. You can just put it on a USB drive or whatever, mount that, and install the package.
At the step where you've mounted your drives for installation, you can copy the package over into the mounted partition. Once you're done with the pacstrap stuff, you can use pacman in the chroot to install it. Something like `pacman -U some-package.tar.xz`.
You can find the package at https://www.archlinux.org/packages/, and download whatever you need.
