I mean, I have Comcast, which is garbage compared to the Fios symmetrical 150 fiber drop I used to have at my old house. (Thankfully no data caps in my area, and as far as I can see no plans to institute them either) A city about half an hour away is working on 1gb fiber done by the town electrical utility for ~$65/mo + taxes which seems pretty rad.

importing goods is now more expensive, but oil barrels are sold in USD so it might stop gap the bleeding in alberta
also makes it more attractive to hire canadians and blah kind of shit.
