Nova Launcher overlapping widgets, put zooper under DashClock and PowerAmp widgets, color them whatever you want, probably use hexcodes to match colors with wallpapers, unless you're colorphile and can tell every shade apart
It probably won't work with a wallpaper that isn't bright colors or doesn't have 1 dominant color
If you can control a touchscreen, it's not complicated
Pic related "might" work, if you use light background for poweramp, and dark font
