I remember this mobo coming out many years back. Cool concept but ultimately just didn't pick up.

The cooling benefit is really tiny at huge tradeoffs:
Shit's pretty fucking big, it looks okay in that picture, but it's surprisingly annoying to work around.
Way too costly to manufacture
