Your ISP provides your bandwidth. If you pay them, for example, (up to) 50MB/s, then you can do whatever you want with that bandwidth. Your hardware in home, like your modem and wifi access point is what handles different device requests and what matters when talking about the number of devices on a network and how it affects performance.
