When you install them you can get more information about the update by pressing a link on the right sidebar.
There no option for this after you have installed a update, so you'll need to look up the update in google yourself.

Overall system stability is fine after i did a Windows reset. I tried the migration first, didn't really work, BSOD a few times when starting then ran fine, then BSOD again at next startup.
