I own one since iPhone 6 trade-in price in finnish electronics chain was so "good". It is exactly the fucking same. 3D touch serves next to no purpose (for me at least). Not to put i down completely, the fingerprint reader is very very good.

kenichi-kun, you can buy a 64GB (20MB/s write, 45MB/s read) mSD chip for ~$20 right now. If people are buying class 4 mSD chips then they are stupid and poor. Most people probably have class 10 mSD chips because of how cheap they are getting.
I wouldn't be surprised if one day UHS-3 (90MB/s write) mSD chips could be bought for less than a $1/GB.

I will consider a phone with expandable storage because of cheap memory card prices. I like to take high res photos and possibly videos. Also looking forward to phone with actual functionality this year. (getting rid of my iPhone 6S 64gb). Samsung S7 might have slot again or I might get LG or some other brand. I have never used Android before but I do like actual freedom to do things my own way. I am very intrigued by upcoming phones. This year might be most exciting year for phones and high end GPUs alike

Maybe this is just about micro SD cards, but what about the non removable batteries? It's pretty much a standard right now and if current phones are being hardware backdoored and it's users are meant to be spied on, doesn't that make it that much easier? The only way to fully turn off your phone is to remove it's battery, but since somehow people have '' agreed'' that non removable batteries are acceptable, we're making ourselves even more vulnerable and maybe even closer to the 1984 world.
