I'll start. Find and Run Robot. An application-launcher/search tool which is similiar to launchy but also searches in realtime.

wizmouse. allows you to scroll unfocused windows on windows 7 and 8 to copy the linux behavior. it's pretty neat, but this functionality really should be built into windows by default
