I got one the other day, moto 360 2nd gen
So far it's just a fashion piece. The only true use I've had so far is being able to see if incoming notifications are worth getting out my phone for. Also for quick replies to texts it's been nice.

You get your kotifcations, you can dial from your watch, reply to texts, and track your steps.
It's a good thing to have when it would be bad to use your horoscope but you need to be updated with weather, texts and what not. Saves battery if you're phone uses low power Bluetooth since you won't be turning the screen on as often.
I got a first gen Moto 360 for pretty cheap earlier last year. Stopped wearing it after two months. I didn't mind the sluggish performance due to the ancient CPU it had, but I don't know, I guess it never clicked with me.
