Recently, a program I've been using for years (and before that, a Firefox script for really early 4chan) let me download all images in a thread.
It let me have options of thread updating frequency (so I could grab images before a 404 for a board that doesn't have an archive), let me specify individual downloads paths for different threads, etc.
Does anyone have an alternative that's current working with 4chan? The one I'd been using (4chan downloader) seems to have broken over the last day. Here's the link to the one I was using: http://sourceforge.net/projects/fourchan-dl/

I'm about to try it, but I don't see anything relating to "original filenames" being mentioned.
Lots of shitty downloaders out there; not many have the "Original Filename" or unique download path for separate threads as their functions.

Now there's nothing that will easily download a thread with all the original filenames intact. This is irratating.

This program is perfect except for the only thing I'm going to suggest to the developer is that having a feature to have a separate/specific directory drop down option for each thread added, I know categories are nice, but I use a different folder depending on my content rather than a dedicated folder, say, "4chan-threads-downloaded".
