Hello.
Currently learning web development. I want an IDE for Windows, capable of managing PHP, Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3.
I use Brackets and is quite good. The thing I don't like is that it doesnt reference to some kind of reference docks or, the best, straight to w3schools, or it doesn't have a tool tip upon mouse over. Maybe there is an extension for it that I'm not aware of.

I googled for best IDEs for web development but I want your personal opinions too. Thank you and happy new year!

Dont use w3schools, its outdated. MDN is a lot nicer.

its for all browsers yes. they make specific notes on JS for polyfills for older browsers and support tables.
