honestly, I can't stand watching reviewer channels, they're all produced by trust-funded kids with misguided ideas on "cost-effectiveness" because they've never been poor before.
I get this same vibe from tech sites like ars and the verge.
Every time they review a $20 android phone, they proceed to shit on it and make fun of it because it's not nearly as nice to use as a $700 phone, but holy fuck, what do they expect for $20?

Just off the top of my head, in his recent smartphone awards 2015 he listed the $400 Moto X and Nexus 5X as the best budget phones. And then proceeded to shit on them because they weren't as good as his $1000 Galaxy Note 5 and iPhone. Also keep in mind he did this with s table of literally thousands upon thousands of $$$ of smartphones sitting on a table and it wasn't even all the ones he had.
He buys practically every big smartphone with his own money (often multiple ones, he owns 4 different 128GB Nexus 6Ps.)
