Overclocking non-k skymemes is still new, there's not enough info out there to know exactly how will it perform. ASSRock is ASS but they have announced the updated BIOS as one of the first, you don't have much choice right now anyway.

CPU is almost never a bottleneck in games. in 90% of the cases its the videocard (unless you play badly coded console ports, in which case you are cancer).
