Is there an equivalent to the OSX quicklook thing?

You remove Linux, the easiest way to get your computer to behave EXACTLY how you want and you expect windows to be anywhere near as customizable as that, then you are stupid. The developers spend most of the time on how they can collect personal information. 99% of Windows users are dumb dullards that just use Windows because it came with their computer. Why would the windows devs cater to the 1% who already know the grass is greener on the other side, but still want to suffer windows for other reasons? (gaymen or maybe they like that Windows have their personal information)
