What is a good DE that's exactly like windows for Arch?
>>52090187
Why go to Arch if you just want Windows?
Also, I'd recommend openbox. I use it and love it. If not, LXDE may be closer to what you want

Using the wrong distro senpai but if you really want to do this
XFCE with Windows 10 theme
I can't believe I still get surprised about the weird shit that exist on the internet.

What do you mean?

Don't try to make shit look shittier.
Install a REAL distro and not a meme one in which you fight the OS for letting applications work.
Also, listen to what anon said here >>52090213

Cinnamon
Windows.
Why do so many shitters use arch and kali?
>>52090817
This. Of all the de's I've tried cinnamon feels most like Windows. The deepin de is osx equivalent

Kali is used by wannabe 1337 haxxors but arch is a well usable OS in my experience

I suppose you're one of the people who installed arch once without understanding it, then did a blind update and it blew up.
Happened to me; I ragequit arch because of it. Came back because some things are outdated in Ubuntu. RTFM and installed it with a tablet on my desk to guide me. Haven't had a single issue since, even with some blind updates.
TL;DR RTFM, especially the parts that relate to your specific hardware.
