It's a great device, although I think going for the 6s or waiting a year might have been a better idea. You're missing out on two key features: a much better camera and 3D touch. The former is pretty important if you like taking pictures on-the-go, but the latter is where it's really at. Out of all the innovations that have been stuck into phones over the past several years, this is by far the most important one as it directly affects usability. Android phones with a similar feature will follow soon, as will WP if they don't close down the whole fucking division for good by that point.

Camera isn't much different and 3D touch isn't getting much support at all, besides homescreen right-click functionality.
The most important upgrade on the 6S however is the RAM, pretty much turns constant reloading into instant resume for everything except games.
