Hi /g/, I don't often post in this board but I need some help.
Some days ago I uprgraded my CPU and GPU from a Phenom II X4 955 and a HD 6950 2GB to pic related and also got Windows 10 x64 (updated)
I now have higher FPS but not that much, for example Battlefield 3 have drops below 60 maxed out and BF4 often drops to 45 fps with most options set on ultra when looking at large parts of the map (mantle or directx 11 it doesn't make any difference). Even if I set all on LOW the FPS won't get that much higher maybe 15 or 20 more (average). Another exaples are CS:GO that wont get over 140FPS which is few for my hardware or Black OPS III that have some little drops in the campaign also maxed out.
BF4 doesn't use more than 60% of the CPU like most other games, so that isn't the problem.
Also temperature isn't the problem. (CPU below 65ºC and GPU below 70ºC when playing)
I tried everything alrerady:
>Update ALL drivers (even BIOS)
>Unpark CPU cores
>Set max values on "msconfig" (RAM and cores)
>Reinstall DX
>Selecting best options in BIOS
>Obviously V-Sync disabled in-game and also via video driver.
>Changing the virtual memory up to 8192MB.
I'm upgrading my monitor soon and YES, I have AMD, no bully pls.
TL;DR: MY HARDWARE DOESN'T PERFORM HOW IT SHOULD.
Thanks for reading.
