I have it. I debated long and hard in the store (2.5 hour drive) between this one and the volmar. The volmar had adjustable arms which don't matter to me because I leave the arms off. I went with the Markus leather version. I sit in it for work sometimes 8 hours straight. No major complaints. My back and add had to adjust to it for a week or so, but now it's fine.
I have an aeron I use at home and it's a better chair, but I can easily lean back and take a nap in the Markus and I can't do that in the aeron.
Also, I have an autoimmune disease that causes severe arthritis in my lower back and hips. If this chair is good enough for me it's good enough for anyone.
Lastly I'm 5'10" and the Markus headrest is a good fit. The chair doesn't go very low either. If you're under 5'8", or over 6'2", it may not be the chair for you.

Chair is shit. Returned it. Prefer a plush leather chair. This chair isn't comfy at all for long periods of time. It's okay for maybe 30 mins. But if u want to watch shows or movies in it or work for 8 hours hell no. The ass cusion wears out, the arm rests are not adjustable and bang ur desk and they are hard and the back is really high so u can't lean ur head back. Don't fall for the fuckin meme. Returned this shit after a day of use. Do yourself a favour and get a manager chair at staples. Ikea chairs are shit.

I'm 6'3" and the bottom of my head hits just the very top of the headrest.
Although I couldn't find any other chair in any Officewhatever stores that were even as tall as the Markus, that didn't cost a shit load more.
For the price I think you'd be hard pressed to find anything better.

If you're on a budget go to your local goodwill and see what they've got. If you don't find anything you fancy, try office stores; they usually have some cheeper models in stock and you can try them out right there and then (generally).
