You would be lucky to get 250.
Usually older models which are new/sealed cost somewhere between 100 bucks or 1/3 of the price less than the original price of a new product.
Since this is a 2014 phone, it should sell right now for about 250 $ if it's new/sealed.
So, I don't see how you could get that for a used product from 2014. I think 200 $ would be closer to a fair price maybe, if the phone is in pristine condition.
