You want to get some real neat shit? Go to college, major in CS/IS/IT and get some security certifications. Get employed by a company that has valuable info. You'll be pleasantly surprised. However, no branch in business or government shares info with each other unless they have to, so you aren't gonna be omnipotent or anything
