New iPhone 6S Plus owner here. Upgraded from a Galaxy S5.
3D Touch is the most useful feature on any phone I have every used. It's like right clicking but much more intuitive and useful. It makes web browsing an absolute pleasure. Live Photos seem fucking gay, but I imagine it might be cool at parties and stuff.
Will other phones start implementing this feature and what are some good potential uses of it?

>inb4 you realize that 3d touch isnt actually saving you any time because it still has to wait to fully load things even if it shows you just a snippet and with good UI design the time it takes you to open the a menu from an icon to jump to an app feature you could just enter the app and switch to the feature
Mind you, it may actually become useful once it gets implemented on Android because the API already has capability to read pressure sensitivity from touch events to more than 1000 levels.

How long it takes to enter selfie mode after launching the camera app depends solely on where the button is to switch to front camera.

One of my most used is how you can now force touch the left edge of the screen in any app. Drag about halfway and it opens the app switcher, drag all the way in a quick motion and it will switch back to the previous app. It used to go like this: double tap home button, tap screen to swipe over to desired app, tap to open app. Now it's one smooth instantaneous motion.
And of course if you don't do force touch you can just swipe the same way and go back a page in whatever app you're in. Sorry if it doesn't make a whole lot of sense but it is very convenient.
One of my other favorites: I want directions home, I used to have to open maps, click in the input box scroll down to favorites tap favorites and tap directions home. Now I force touch the maps app icon and click 'directions home' in the pop up box.
