Hey anon, my grandma was kind of in the same place, she passed away last summer at the age of 86
she smooked hookah for about 40 years which is worst than fucking cigarettes in the first place, she had an open heart surgery about 8 years ago. Her death was not related to any lung disease, but I still can't see how smoking a pack of cigarettes daily or it's equivalent is healthy in any way.

I switched over a few months ago. It definitely isn't the same, the main difference being the fact that you never actually finish the vape, like you would a cigarette, but it is enjoyable in its own way. Nice to e able to do it inside while you work at home without making your room smell like shit.
