Sourceforge wraps free software with adware installers. Scummy shit. So they're blocked.
They also host executables on unencrypted HTTP, which is reckless in 2015 and is itself a frequent vector of infection (there are modules for doing it in everything from script kiddie stuff all the way up to HackingTeam RCS, and NSA/GCHQ QUANTUMCOPPER).
Most projects have moved off there some time ago. Those that haven't are really, really late on getting the memo. Apparently, even you haven't, so µBlock Origin is doing its job.
