If you care about gaming and performance, just get a better computer. Not updating your operating system is generally a BAD idea. You're throwing away bug fixes, performance improvements, security patches, and other goodies just so you can keep some imaginary 1% performance improvement mentioned in some shitty benchmark done on a completely different system than yours?
I understand if you have a server and upgrading some libraries might introduce bugs into a stable system, but in your case it's just idiotic if you ask me.
I seriously doubt the games you're currently playing are going to suffer from any significant performance degradation from upgrading to Win10.
There's 2 update to hide, as well ad IE 11 which is used as a check for upgradability to win10. But really if you're running software that isn't on 10 and are fighting this hard against upgading you should just give it up since you don't seem to be very good with computers.

Survived for years without SP1, upgraded eventually for some software upgrade requirements.
Turns out I didn't want that software, and I haven't noticed any change in my system at all since installing SP1. SP1 was certainly not a necessary cure, and Win7 has a lot of shit that needs tweaking even though it is good. Too bad Microsoft is just jerking their cocks instead.
