Would have gone skylake over haswell if it supported 1.5v DDR3. Not shelling out money for new ram.

Should I overclock? I really haven't had a reason to but my temps are good and I should be able to get a decent OC with my Hyper 212 evo.

Absolutely, if you enjoy overclocking. Toying with mine, the highest OC I can get is 4.8GHz. I don't usually run mine that high 24/7 though, since it chews through everything at 4.5GHz easily enough.
