Let's troubleshoot.
Take the ssd and hdd drive out altogether.
The Bios should have no problem finding the windows CD regardless if there is a HDD/SDD

AKA you probably have a problem with your Optical drive if the bios cant find it.

If that's the case go get a flash drive and put win 7 on it.

reset bios security to factory default
over to sysconfig
boot options
move usb cd-rom to top of boot order
save and exit
clear TIM F1 accept
reboot
